KVADOS, a.s. has been successfully expanding its business activities on the Bulgarian market. KVADOS signed with ČEZ Bulgaria EAD a contract on extension and further use of the information system myAVIS™ Field Service.This contract covers, in particular, the job orders module that will manage field works carried out by mobile sales technicians on the entire territory. The solution will be used by more than 700 users. It is planned to start using the job orders module on the 1st January 2010.
The information system myAVIS™ Field Service has been employed by ČEZ Bulgaria EAD since the half of 2008 when the small consumption reading module was put into operation. The extending of cooperation on the Bulgarian market proves that ČEZ Bulgaria EAD has been satisfied with myAVIS™ Field Service from the point of view of quality of the technology parts as well as from the point of view of compliance with partial time schedules applicable to all parts of the cooperation.
Thanks to the job orders module in myAVIS™ Field Service, ČEZ Bulgaria EAD will be able to reduce considerably direct costs for service operations in the field, to increase significantly efficiency of field staff work and to keep records accurately and up to date.

In addition to business development, regulation, finance and accounting, purchase, logistic and customer service departments, there is also an information and communication technologies department in ČEZ Bulgaria that provides general ICT services for the entire group in Bulgaria.
