myAVIS™ Field Sales will be used in DITIPO by all sales representatives in the Czech Republic and Slovakia both in independent markets and in global networks of stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets. The information system myAVIS™ Field Sales was ahead of its competitors thanks to the leading technology edge and improved functions of the global solution.
The sales representatives will use myAVIS™ Field Sales to make their activities in the field more efficient.The functions include the placing of e-orders in the field, active monitoring of displayed goods, tracking of the distributed product portfolio, effective planning of trips, monitoring of exact information about completed meetings and commercial negotiations or an active monitoring of competitors. Accurate reports provided to the company management play also an important role.
An interesting fact about the introduction of the information system myAVIS™ Field Sales in DITIPO is the financial support granted from the European Union structural funds within OPPI-ICT programme that is declared by CzechInvest – Agency for Support of Business and Investments in the Czech Republic. Thanks to the subsidies from the grant, it is possible to receive funds for extension or introduction of information and communication technologies (hardware, software) in small and medium-sized enterprises.
