KVADOS Group moved to new premises
On Tuesday, the 14th April 2009, KVADOS Group finished the moving into new premises. The company is based now at Novoveská 1139/22, 709 00 Ostrava–Mariánské Hory where more than a hundred of employees use new professional facilities. The decision to move was based on the extensive expansion of KVADOS Group, in terms of both the staff and offered services. DITIPO, a leading producer and dealer in paper and gift supplies, has selected the mobile information system myAVIS™ Field Sales for the management of corporate mobile processes in the field. The supplier is the Central Europe leader in the development of mobile solutions: KVADOS Mobile Solutions. myAVIS™ Field Sales will be used in DITIPO by all sales representatives in the Czech Republic and Slovakia both in independent markets and in global networks of stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets.
6/21/2009  myAVIS™ presented its functions at Raildays
KVADOS Mobile Solutions in cooperation with its important partner, ČD – Telematika,, presented its solution myAVIS™ Field Service to the general public at the fair Czech Raildays 2009. The tenth year anniversary event named “Days of Rail Transport" took place from the 16th to 18th June 2009 in the freight depot in Ostrava-Přívoz. Throughout the three days, information was provided to both experts and general public about functions available in myAVIS™ Field Service for transport in general, and not only for the rail transport and track haulage being among key topics of the trade fair.

KVADOS Mobile Solutions has handed over myAVIS™ Field Sales Service for full operation in Východoslovenská energetika, a company from RWE Group being the second biggest power generation and distribution company in Germany. myAVIS™ Field Service is used by Východoslovenská energetika within an comprehensive electronic system used for the reading of electricity meters installed with small consumers in the Eastern Slovakia.
5/20/2009  KVADOS DAY 2009 – record number of guests enjoyed a non-traditional programme
The last year in KVADOS Group was characterised with a continuous growth, innovations and successful development. On the 14th and 15th May, the traditional conference, KVADOS DAY 2009, took place. There have never been more guests than now: more than sixty special guests from among business partners and users of the information systems VENTUS, myCASH™ and myAVIS™ arrived to the Vivaldi Hotel in Rančířov near Jihlava to be informed about news in KVADOS Group and its products. A brand new product, myWORK™, was presented there. This tool is able to measure the efficiency and to optimise corporate processes. The programme of the conference was rather untraditional and in line with innovations introduced in KVADOS in past months.

KVADOS Mobile Solutions with its myAVIS™ Field Sales has been awarded a contract in a tender where H.J.Heinz CR/SR was looking for a supplier of a sales process mobile solution to be used in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. H.J.Heinz CR/SR represents on the Czech and Slovak markets the international food giant Heinz, being known, among others, for its ketchups and sauces. Beginning with the second quarter of 2009, myAVIS™ Field Sales will replace traditional paper documentation that has been used so far for the management of commercial processes.

KVADOS Mobile Solutions s.r.o. and its project myAVIS™ Field Service that was implemented in ČEZ ICT Services, a. s. has won the prestige Microsoft Technology Awards 2009.On Tuesday, the 7th April 2009, representatives of the management of KVADOS Group received the Microsoft Technology Awards 2009 for the best solution in the unified communication. KVADOS Group has become the first company in the Czech Republic to be awarded this prize for the fifth consecutive year. It has proved to be the Czech and Central Europe leader in mobile solutions.

KVADOS Mobile Solutions s.r.o. has handed over myAVIS™ Field Sales for full operation in Bongrain Czech Management & Services, Foodservice Division. This company is a part of the French food-processing group Bongrain. Bongrain’s Foodservice is responsible for the sale of well-known brands such as Sedlčanský Hermelín, Král Sýrů Hermelín, Pribináček, Pribináček Tyčinka, Lučina, Pribina, Apetito and Maratonec to clients in all segments of the gastronomy market. Bongrain Foodservice uses myAVIS™ Field Sales for the management of field sales representatives in the Czech Republic.
